This is an absolute must visit. Anytime in season. Ten minutes north of the falls a beautiful park setting is home also to the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture so they are constantly creating beautiful setting using flowers that bloom at different times of the year. Make sure that you give yourself enough time to walk about and experience it in its entirety.

Niagara Falls Aviary – Reptile Kingdom

When you visit the Bird Kingdom in Niagara Falls, you will be able to also visit the section on reptiles. They have ‘real’ Geckos and lizards and snakes – definitely snakes. The smile of the young lad in the photo with the boa constricter is not one of enjoyment but a crazed look of fear.

Don’t forget a visit to Bird Kingdom when you come to Niagara Falls. A photographer’s dream: the largest indoor ‘free flying’ aviary in the world. As you walk through, you will find yourself close to many varieties of tropical birds. And they love to be photographed. We spent a couple of hours with our cameras and enjoying the scenery.
